Free Returns

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

To receive approval for your request for product or products return you should first contact our company at 2310236282 or via e-mail at [email protected]

Our Company will immediately take care to replace the product or products you want. Otherwise – complete cancellation of the purchase – you can either be refunded the amount of your purchase – in the same way you did it – or leave the value of the product or products of your return as an open credit balance and use it whenever you want in a new order, without a specific time limit.

The return cost for the first change of product or products of your order is Free and the return is made exclusively through the cooperating courier company at the recipient’s expense.

In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary for the returned product or products to be in their original condition and with their original packaging and to be delivered to the cooperating courier within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

The product must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that he had at the time of purchase, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.

In case of a second change of product or products of your order, the return costs are 5 € for all of Greece.
